Thanks for uploading the notes of yesterday's meeting.

Regarding the discussion about VPN+ draft, I'd like to add something to the notes:

"Jie mentioned that in the VPN+ framework draft, besides the candidate technologies, there are other sections about the requirement, architecture, and considerations on various aspects, some of which are now referenced by the design team framework  draft. If the candidate technologies are splitted out as a separate document, does this mean the other sections need to be merged with the design team framework draft? John said that in that case, need to compare the content of the two drafts and see how to combine them together. "
