Configuring abstract TE link disjointness requirements
(MDLGs).  When configuring an abstract TE topology, how a client can
articulate that given n TE links should be mutually SRLG disjoint,
with their respective underlay TE paths unknown and to be dynamically
or semi-dynamically computed?   The easiest way to do so via Mutually
Disjoint Link Groups (MDLGs) - a group of TE links sharing at least
one MDLG should be placed diversely from each other.
