I've reviewed this document and believe it is ready for publication

There are some yanglint compilation warnings we are affecting other documents importing the te-types which can be quickly fixed

As co-author, the plan is to address the WG LC in two updates:

  1.  Fix  the yanglint compilation warnings, to resolve the issues on dependent documents as quickly as possible
  2.  Address all the other WG LC comments
