COMMENT:

Section 2 defines "ABNO", "CNC", "FSC", "LSC", and "TDM", but they're only used
in Section 1.  "IS-IS" is defined but not used anywhere, though "ISIS" is.

[Authors] the abbreviations "ABNO", "CNC", "FSC", "LSC", and "TDM" in Section 2 were removed.
The "ISIS" were changed to "IS-IS".
