Hi,

     We'd like move this document forward and see two issues that should 
be addressed before LC.

1) We think Informational is really the right Intended status for this work

2) We think that the document should note that it does not consider the 
DetNet Uses Cases[RFC8578]  or the DetNet IP data plane 
[draft-ietf-detnet-ip] and that both are out of the document's scope.

Once these changes are made we can start the LC process.
