Thanks for doing this work. Not before time, and very necessary.

As Pavan just said - really nice backward compatibility section.

Notes were:
- You currently say to obsolete 3097. That's fine, but I think you also need
to obsolete 2747
- Since this applies to RSVP (not just RSVP-TE), it is worth firing a note
to TSVWG just to say "we're doing this, please come to TEAS if you want to
talk"
- It would be a good idea to drop a note to SAAG to ask someone to cast a
very quick eye over it to make sure we're consistent with the latest
thinking.
- 6151 is a good reference for the advice against MD5
