Please note that there were a few revisions (17-20) published for this
document post the extended LC. These revisions were made to address
comments received during the LC. The nature of changes doesn't warrant
another formal LC.

The plan is to request publication for this document after the upcoming
TEAS WG session. In the meantime, please do review the latest set of
changes and send in comments (to the list) if any.
