One loose end associated with this is the ietf/terminology GitHub 
repository. I presumed that the maintenance of this would be taken up by 
the WG, but without a WG that obviously can’t happen.

NIST (and presumably others) point at this repository, and what it 
contains matters even if it’s a work in progress. Who will manage this 
repository, and what is the process for deciding which pull requests get 
merged?
