Dear Glenn,

Cc: Harald Alvestrand, Jay Daley, Kim Davies, Samantha Eisner

Attached you will find a letter from ICANN to the Trust regarding ICANN’s review of the Proposed Policy on Rights in IANA Parameter Registry Data. Apologies that this took a bit longer to send. The timing of the ICANN meeting and the due date for comments were in conflict for us and we appreciate the opportunity to provide a review.

In the future, it would be helpful if this type of document could be shared with IANA staff before being posted. Based on the original plan from the 21 April 2020 message, we anticipated that we would be able to review and provide feedback on the document before posting.

We look forward to working together and if there is anything we can do to assist please let us know.

Thank you,

Michelle
