I think there has been some discussion about maybe letting the early
allocation expire and getting a new codepoint for the final RFC version,
since we changed the MAC calcluation and it would not be interoperable with
the earlier drafts.

I will check with the authors, but Sabrina if you could let us know the
best way to indicate what we want to happen, that would be helpful.
