minor nit-picks:

what does "one zero roundtrip" mean?  should "a full handshake" be "the
first handshake" and "repeated handshakes" be "subsequent handshakes" ?

this should probably be either "as well as specifying" or "as well as to
specify", and "Use" shouldn't be capitalized.
