Hi all,

We just found a set of SM series algorithms’ specifications published by the “Cryptography Standardization Technical Committee” of China at:

SM3: http://www.gmbz.org.cn/main/postDetail.html?id=20180724105928
SM2: http://www.gmbz.org.cn/main/postDetail.html?id=20180724110812
SM4: http://www.gmbz.org.cn/main/postDetail.html?id=20180404044052

The content of these specifications is the same as what we have already uploaded to Github, at:

https://github.com/alipay/tls13-sm-spec#chinese-algorithm-standards

The PDF files on the gmbz.org.cn site can be downloaded as well. I think this could be considered as ’normative’ references since it’s published by the original standardization organization of Chinese algorithms.

We are going to update the references in our draft with these links above, in the -01 version of the draft.

Thanks.

Regards,

Paul Yang
