Hi David,

This draft proposes two changes: it adds 3 new codepoints, and it obsoletes
2 codepoints. There was a previous IANA request from an earlier version of
the draft (draft-kwiatkowski-tls-ecdhe-mlkem-03) that was actioned before
(IANA #1409969), so the codepoints have all been created but the obsoleted
codepoints have not been marked as discouraged yet.

I approve the action that applies the final changes proposed by this draft
to the IANA table:
- Update the Recommended and Comment fields of 25497 and 25498
- Update the Reference field of 4587, 4588, 4589 to point to the final RFC

No additional changes are needed since the current draft is interoperable
with the previous draft and the Recommended column stays as N.


Side note:
The points are listed out of numerical order in the draft because the order
in which they present the algorithms differs from the order during the last
IANA action, which is fine.
