Dear all, an updated version of the heartbeat ID is available at: http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-seggelmann-tls-dtls-heartbeat-01.txt We have added padding data to request messages such that the message can be used for used for PMTU discovery. We also added text describing the usage of the extension in combination with TLS. This should cover the suggestions during the presentation at the last IETF meeting. Any more comments and/or suggestions. An updated implementation of this extension of OpenSSL will be available from http://sctp.fh-muenster.de later today. Best regards Michael
