To confirm, you'd replace this:

 "With these goals in mind, the working group will also place a priority in minimizing gratuitous changes to (D)TLS."

with this:

  "The working group will also place a priority in minimizing gratuitous changes to (D)TLS."

Right? That seems fine to me!
