Sorry to dig up an old thread....

I tested against Bernstein/ECRYPT ChaCha and test vectors from
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-strombergson-chacha-test-vectors.
TLS-ChaCha does not inter-operate with ChaCha.

The name should probably be disambiguated somehow.
