Based on the information at hand and the numerous conversations I’ve had with the chairs on this topic, I’m planning to issue an IETF LC for this draft.  I agree with the chairs that Brian's message does not raise any new substantive issues that were not known to the WG at the time of the decision to adopt ALPN.
