Thanks to the TLS WG especially to the author and to the WG chair to have
shepherded this draft along a not-so-easy path; as far as I can tell, the IETF
processes have been followed. Thanks as well for making it clear in the
references section that FIPS and NIST are US organizations.

Minor non-blocking COMMENTs (no need to reply):

1) while I was expecting an 'experimental' publication status when for
Recommended=N ciphers, I note that RFC 7027, 7919, 8422, 8701, and 9189 also
contains Recommended=N and have been published as Informational or Standard
Track documents.

2) I won't repeat the issues detected by other AD about references

3) I second Med Boucadair's COMMENT about the registry name and adding some
text in the operational considerations
