[TLS] TLS Interim: Remote Participation Details

All,

Here’s the TLS WG’s interim remote participation details.  If you have any questions please let me know off-list.  I’ll also try to remember to resend this Saturday evening before the meeting in case anybody misses this message.

The interim meeting is scheduled for:
2014-07-20 from 10am-4pm

There are no slides uploaded yet but they will be as soon as we get them (hint for those presenting).

For those participating remotely, a TLS jabber room is available as well as a Webex session; details follow:

1) Jabber

Will will draft a jabber scribe to make sure remote questions/comments are channeled into the room.  The scribe will likely not provide a complete transcription of the conversations at the interim but will make sure remote participants are at a minimum kept abreast of what topic/slide is being discussed and will relay comments/questions to those in attendance. 

NOTE: The jabber room logs are archived.

2) Webex

NOTE: If you are not speaking please *MUTE* your phone to minimize the chance for disruptions during the call.

NOTE: Webex has a chat facility too, but it’s probably best to use the [e-mail] room instead.
