Adam and I made a number of changes from -10 to -11.  I asked him to
post -11 so we had a 'checkpoint' before his tackling our last change of
the day, the removal of Message Set Signature as we both came to see how
DRIP Wrapper can provide the same functionality and we don't get all
wrapped (pun intended) around the axle with BT4 support of Message Set
Signature.

So PLEASE review -11.  I will be!

Bob
