Jens -- It is definitely our intention/desire for DRIP to have global applicability. As Med wrote, we have only a few volunteers in the WG. Most of us are more familiar with the regulations of the US FAA than with those of other CAAs. Likewise most of us are more familiar with F3411 and related work of ASTM International (which is indeed international but began as the American Society for Testing and Materials so still has disproportionate US representation among its volunteers) than with the technical standards of European and other SDOs.
