Hi, I don't subscribe to most lists I participate in, and use the reply link in the web archive. But I gather this is kind of annoying for threading in some clients that other people use. I don't care while I read, as my email is just GMail slop with hundreds-of-thousands of unread messages. I filed this issue: https://github.com/ietf-tools/mailarchive/issues/3631 about the web mailto: threading. But I thought I would try to get Thunderbird IMAP working only for IETF lists, as a matter of courtesy, but have so far failed to do so. Step #1: My datatracker password was so old it no longer met complexity requirements. It was in a password manager at least, so I updated that. Successful. Step #2: Configure Thunderbird to check imap.ietf.org So, this does connect, but I don't get any folders representing mailing lists and such. Am I missing something? Or is there a setup/help page? I found RFC 7017 and the brief mention of IMAP on https://www.ietf.org/participate/lists/. thanks, Rob
