Particularly since this is the internet draft cutoff day before IETF 124,=
 I=E2=80=99m wondering if the AWS outage affected datatracker, and specif=
ically the ability to upload new drafts.

I=E2=80=99m aware of one instance where a participant had difficulty subm=
itting a draft that we were expecting for Dispatch (it said that the stat=
us is =E2=80=9Cawaiting manual post=E2=80=9D, and I don=E2=80=99t know wh=
at triggers that).
