Would be great to capture these three data points somewhere.
Maybe add an info paragraph to https://datatracker.ietf.org/accounts/profile/

 "Change of affiliation / retiring a (primary) email"
  - auto-update of datatracker generated emails (draft-*@ietf.org)
  - auto-recognition of new email for approval of new draft submissions
  - mailman URL for update of any self-created mailing list subscriptions
