[Tools-discuss] Email error report... to whom ? Re: emails being truncated

What is actually the right place to raise email error issues ?

I just received the following email error back
for email to nomcomi-2021@ietf.org:

This is the mail system at host ietfa.amsl.com.                                                                                                                                                                       
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not                                                
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.                                               

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
