I went through the email from ietf.org to figure out what the above 
was about.  I found two messages with images, one from subscriber J 
and the other from subscriber T.  The message size for those messages 
was 92 KB and 90 KB respectively.  I could not find anything in those 
two messages which might violate some IETF policy.

I received some attachments which were over 1 MB from a few other 
subscribers.  It does not seem right for me to complain about the two 
messages with images attachments when other subscribers are sending 
messages which are over ten times that size.
