An interesting little twist in this problem caught me recently.
I resolved to include SVG diagrams in a draft, but not ones
that can be represented correctly in ASCII art. So what to put in
the .txt format? Well, I thought so cleverly, a pointer to the
HTML version would be nice.

That's fine as long as the URL for the HTML version works.

See the result by looking at draft-carpenter-eligibility-expand-04.txt
and trying to look at the figures. (No such problem in the -05 version,
until -06 comes out.)

Regards
   Brian
