True. But outside users may see it as a disincentive, and surely we
actively *want* to hear about errata. I think a captcha is quite
reasonable, as an alternative.

Also, the RPC is not part of the IETF. Strong dependencies between
the web sites should probably be minimised. (Clearly they can't be
completely avoided.)
