It would be nice to see which versions of an internet draft are actually 
available (e.g., if a pdf version is not available for download, but a 
text version is, one does not get error messages when trying to download 
the pdf version, where it is not always clear whether this is a cache 
issue on one's own machine or simple non-availability).

If the draft tool could indicate this, that would be useful.
