I did not see any earlier email about the new provider.

The current provider for the www.ietf.org is Cloudflare.  There are 
some slides at 
https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/interim-2023-tools-13/materials/slides-interim-2023-tools-13-sessa-infrastructure-project-update-00 
with some information about the infrastructure.
