Just to reduce the chances of open loops, some or all of the
links from datatracker WG pages to Zulip resources (and to WG
github tracker ones) are producing "page not found" errors,
apparently due to a tooling error.

Todd Herr <todd.herr@valimail.com> has done some additional
testing that seems to indicate that thing are correct from a WG
Chair tooling perspective but incorrectly recorded in the
user-facing page.   I have suggested that he add his comments to
the bug report ticket.
