When this topic surfaced a few months ago I pointed to such as
draft-ietf-teas-yang-te
where there is a section of 52 pages and another of 58 pages.  The 
feedback I got suggested to me that those who designed this new, 
pageless system had no acquaintance with YANG or any such language in 
documents.  Perhaps we will have to create a YANG2.0 language to cater 
for our XML, pageless world!
