There are too many issues with the v2 HTML output. I upgraded the kramdown on my laptop, and generated a new .xml file. I can't tell if it's v2 or v3 from a quick look at the file. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-richardson-anima-ipv6-lldp/ is missing HTML version. I wonder if the DT should keep track of which format was considered authoriative when uploaded (.txt, xml.v2, xml.v3).
