I am also a Zulip fan.  I liked Jay’s note [1] and will emphasize Jay’s mention of Tim’s suggestions [2] as they really show how to make good use of the tool.  I wonder if we have any feedback from our IT folks about the operational aspects of the various tools?  CC’ing Glen.

Zulip is great; it seems to be the only tool that got feedback post-110.   It’s open source, which some will find interesting and/or compelling.
