I just submitted a draft using the new asynchronous submission interface.

The user experience is jarring.
The refresh interval is way too long(*) for something that usually took about a second in the previous version.
Of course, I now know that I can simply CMD-R (F5), but that behavior becoming ingrained may be counterproductive.

So maybe some adaptive refresh interval (with binary exponential backoff?) would be a useful enhancement.

Grüße, Carsten

(*) I have no idea how long, as my patience ran out.
