There is not currently a setup page other than the one you found.

For Thunderbird, you should be able to use File -> Subscribe... and, 
after selecting the imap account you've set up, select the individual 
lists as mailboxes. You can also right click on the account in the 
left-hand sidebar and select "Subscribe..."
