I like this and don't personally have any cosmetic gripes.

The handling of the Local time zone option appears to be miraculously better than the work-around in the old version. Thanks. Just one niggle. As an example, the Friday afternoon (Vienna time) session is correctly shown as early Saturday morning in NZ time. But it is titled "Saturday Afternoon Session I", although it occurs at half an hour after midnight on Saturday. It's only the titles that are confusing, the actual time shifts seem to be correct when a session is in the "wrong" day due to a time zone.

I bet this is hard for you to test, so I'll send a screen shot off line.

I'm not sure that changing the day in the title is the correct choice. There's plenty of space in that title bar, so it should be possible to show something like "Saturday (Friday Afternoon Session I)" when the time shift changes the day.
