Hi,

We should do it. It's not only pronunciation. Some languages have really 
lengthy formal registers that you might use if signing your name to an 
Internet-Draft.

But maybe the name when you talk to them is just "Bo". Just like I'm ok 
with "Rob", but I have to sign things as "Robert Franklin Sayre".

The rules for this all differ, so we should let people clear it up 
according to their own opinions.
