On the first day of IETF-108 Meetcho closed the SPRING WG meeting on the
clock. It was announced that five minutes grace period will be added. BIER
meeting, to the best of my knowledge, was closed not at +5 but -5 minutes.
Unannounced change of policy?

Regards,
Greg
