Hi, Here are the minutes from today's teleconference. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 0. Present: Henrik 1. Agenda bashing and comments on previous minutes None 2. Status review * Dashboard - Henrik: No progress. I'm going to handle individual items on my plate to completion one by one, and will start with the item which steals most manual handling lately, wiki and issue-tracker setup and password handling. General password hanling for the tools servers should be in place before next meeting. * Issue trackers, Wiki - Henrik: Approaching the point where general deployment is possible. Main thing to fix is password handling. After deployment there will be some additional work to handle WG chair changes -> trac admin change. * Review team support tool - Tero? Nothing so far, just got home from a solar eclipse trip! :-) * Draft info draft - Alex: No progress, had to do emergency office move. * Bill's ad-hoc tools: - A small ad-hoc tracker update, to use the foo-chairs@tools.ietf.org mailing addresses - A small tool to build agendas for the IESG teleconferences [ Small discussion of Zope, TAL, TurboGears and separation of html-generation, code and database queries ] * Meta-information schema - Stas is travelling, no update. 3. Any other business New draft on tracker addition for chairs' access upcoming - will be sent to proto and tools team lists within a day or so. No more comments on the 24 hour projects yet - send comments. Anybody using SIP phone for this conference? No, not currently. Well, Bill's phone may be using SIP under the hood, to go to POTS and connect to the POTS phone number for this conference, but that doesn't quite count. Henrik used to have one, and is considering setting up a soft sip-phone on the laptop, or maybe an 802.11 sip- phone - but that requires a sip-server installation on the server. Hmm... 4.
