This version of the draft was updated to conform to the
trill-rfc7180bis draft, for changes in author info, to update
references due to RFC publication, and a number of editorial
improvements. In addition, the title page no longer indicates that the
draft updates RFC 7176 -- although the draft calls for IANA
assignments under the provisions of RFC 7176 it does not actually
change those provisions so it does not, in fact, update RFC 7176.
