The more significant changes in this draft from the previous version
are as follows:

- Appendix B giving sample TRILL PDUs has been filled in. This is
intended to answer some  bit ordering questions. It would be great if
TRILL implementers with experience looking at wire captures of TRILL
packets could take a quick look and see if these seem reasonable.
- Some reserved nicknames are assigned for use as examples in
documentation (and are, in fact, used in Appendix B).
- The IANA Considerations include setting up a registry for nickname flag bits.

With these and other minor changes included, I believe this draft is
ready for WG Last Call.
