Thanks for all those who have expressed an opinion regarding the formation of
an applications working group.  Aaron is correct in that non-standard API is a
problem for those building trusted applications.  POSIX has just started a
distributed security effort, but it is unclear how quickly they will progress.

TSIG can not support yet another working group at this time.  If the TSWG has
time in the future, perhaps API could be on its agenda with any results fed to
the distributed security POSIX group.
