Quick question: if an RFC-3168 compliant FQ-AQM is configured to provide only per-subscriber isolation, relying on TCP-friendly coexistence for managing traffic to a given subscriber, what happens when an L4S flow joins the mix?

I'm sure I don't need to spell it out by now.
