Popping up a level:

- the issue with transport header mods is basically talking about NATs (port rewriting)
- there’s also a ref to the Trammel ID on mutable transport headers
	although this is intentional from the draft, IMO it’s a bad idea because it requires access to and ability to modify transport headers
