Hi Cullen, 

this document is still an individual draft and so I am not sure what you mean by working group last call. 

- From a content point of view I am not sure how useful it is. I shared my views about how this applies to LTE; IMHO it is not applicable.

It would be so great if we could solve all QoS challenges by defining yet another set of DiffServ code points.
