I would like to ask the chairs not to do that. in my opinion, there are significant unresolved issues with UDP options, and it would be premature to publish the definitons of RES/REQ until those issues are resolved. Also, in addition to RES/REQ ,DLPMTUD needs a padding option. I'll do my best to post some long-delayed comments on the most recent UDP options draft and IETF presentation.
