Gorry et. al.,

I cannot find the original WGLC announcement for these documents in the
tsvwg list archives, nor do I have it in my own email archive. I have been
under the impression that the last call had not yet been issued and that I
would have more time to prepare comments. Do any other WG participants find
themselves in this position?

I will endeavour to get comments (with github issues) prepared before the
stated deadline of midnight UTC today, but I really would prefer to have
more time.

Now to put the nose to the grindstone ...
