Yes, it is, and we have a responsibility to conduct it properly.

How many years ago was that?  I'm pretty sure ECN AQM deployment is a lot more widespread now than it was then.  So that decision probably needs to be revisited.

I think there will be a lot of spirited discussion on this front over l4s-ops.
