Hi All,

This document discusses the details of the cyclic queuing mechanisms. We propose a queuing model and mechanism with multiple cyclic buffers, which can improve latency and bandwidth utilization. This mechanism is defined for low-latency services which belongs to a special DiffServ class, rather than all services. Theoretically, it can coexist with traditional DSCP queuing mechanism.
It has a congestion control mechanism(for example, bandwidth reservation algorithm). Once a packet enters this process, it can avoid the network congestion. It is especially convenient for large-scale IP network deployment and can break the limit of the long-distance link.

Welcome to discuss and review it.

Best wishes,
Joanna

Abstract:
This document presents a queuing mechanism with multiple cyclic
   buffers.

Please note that it may take a couple of minutes from the time of submission until the htmlized version and diff are available at tools.ietf.org.
